Quante is local-first. Your normal poker records — including cash games, sessions, bankroll records, saved hands, player profiles, and notes — are stored locally on your device.
Some optional features require server processing. For example, AI Battle Training sends the game information necessary to generate AI decisions and may store AI training history on our servers.
Your normal poker journal is not automatically uploaded just because you use Quante.
Your normal poker records live locally on your device. They may be included in your device backup, such as iCloud Backup or an encrypted Finder backup.
Restoring a new iPhone from a compatible backup may restore your Quante local data as well.
Quante does not currently provide continuous cross-device synchronization for your local poker journal. If you delete the app without a usable backup, locally stored data may be permanently removed.
We recommend keeping regular device backups enabled.
For data stored locally on your device, use Quante → Settings → Erase All Data, or delete the app.
If you have linked an optional email address, you can remove it from Settings → Account Email where that option is available.
To request deletion of eligible server-side data, including AI training history, support information, or other data associated with Quante's server features, contact us by email.
Some purchase, entitlement, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legal records may need to be retained where required or reasonably necessary.
Quante is free to use. Quante Pro unlocks unlimited records and the full suite of advanced analytics.
Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. Available subscription plans and prices are shown directly in Quante and by the App Store using your local currency.
After any applicable free trial, the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through your Apple Account before the renewal date.
Subscription billing is handled by Apple.
Quante Pro subscriptions are managed by Apple.
Cancellation takes effect according to Apple's subscription terms. You normally keep access until the end of the current paid period.
On a new device or after reinstalling Quante, open Quante → Settings → Restore Purchases.
If the App Store can verify an active or otherwise restorable Quante Pro entitlement associated with your Apple Account, your Pro access will be restored.
AI Battle Training lets you practice poker decisions against AI opponents in simulated hands.
Depending on the selected model and situation, Quante may show AI decisions, recommended actions, strategy mixes, confidence information, and explanations to help you review important spots.
AI Battle Training is for poker study and entertainment. AI-generated analysis can be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as guaranteed optimal strategy.
AI Training Credits are used to pay for AI processing inside supported Quante AI features.
Credit packs are optional one-time consumable purchases. They are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically.
Credits do not expire under Quante's current policy.
The number of training hands shown for a credit pack is an estimate. Actual usage varies depending on factors such as table size, number of AI opponents, selected AI model, and hand complexity.
AI Training Credits are consumable purchases, so they are different from an auto-renewable subscription.
Quante maintains eligible AI Training Credit balances on its server after the purchase has been successfully verified.
To make recovery easier, you may optionally link an email address in Settings → Account Email. This can help us identify your eligible server-side credit balance if you reinstall Quante, change devices, or change the Apple Account used on the device.
If your credits do not appear correctly, contact support and include as much purchase information as you reasonably can.
AI processing cost is not identical for every hand. Credit usage can vary based on:
For this reason, any estimated number of training hands shown when purchasing Credits is approximate.
When you choose to use an AI-powered feature, Quante sends the game information necessary to generate the requested AI response.
This may include table state, cards relevant to the AI decision, betting actions, stack sizes, positions, and pot information.
AI requests do not intentionally include your name, Apple ID, payment-card information, or advertising identifier.
Depending on the AI model you select, processing may be provided by services such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Alibaba Cloud, DeepSeek, Zhipu AI, or Moonshot AI.
See Quante's Privacy Policy for more details.
